Steam(Just go to the 'install steam' button)
Steam is a digital game distributor for computer games. It is quite reliable but has its cons, you will find most new and some old games on there. Its owned by the company Valve. (Creators of Half-life)
Then when you have steam open it up, you may have to wait for some updates to come through. Whilst that is happening you can go and create an account on the steam website.
After that you can browse around the store page, but what you can do is go to the search button and type in 'detour' and you will be able to navigate to the page.
After that you go 'buy game' which then will ask you if you want to continue shopping or continue with your transaction. When you continue you will be taken to a page that will ask for you billing details and what you want to use as your transaction (Paypal, credit card ect)
I hope this helps out, also if you got Detour within the Kickstarter you will possibly get a code that you will put into steam(?)
If so here's a few steps to use it.
Open up steam
Click games on the top bar
Activate a product on steam
Type in your code
Also if you get extra gifts and so forth you can gift it doing this
Open up steam
Click games on the top bar
Manage gifts and guest passers
or
In library you find your game
and to the left there is something called 'links'
within there you will find something like 'gift game'
